Information we collect
When you order: your name, phone number, city and delivery address. If you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address. We never ask you to create an account or for a bank card — you pay on delivery.
How we use your information
To process and deliver your order, to contact you about it by phone or WhatsApp, and to send you the newsletter if you subscribed.
Who receives your data
Shopify, which hosts our orders; Google, for our internal order and sign-up tracking (Google Sheets) and audience measurement (Google Analytics); the carrier delivering your order; and Meta, for the advertising measurement described below.
Advertising measurement
When you place an order, we send Meta (Facebook, Instagram) your phone number, name and city in hashed form (SHA-256), a one-way transformation performed in your browser, to measure how our ads perform. Meta does not receive this data in readable form. If you refuse cookies, this transfer does not take place.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies and trackers from Google Analytics and Meta to measure visits and ad performance. If you refuse cookies in the banner, your contact details are not sent to Meta when you order. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
Data security
Connections to our site are encrypted (HTTPS). We never ask for bank details.
Your rights
Under Moroccan law 09-08, you can access your data, correct it, or object to its processing. Message us on WhatsApp at +212 608 729 378.
